Zesty with honey, poached pears, nectarine and lychee, then juicy apricot and pineapple excite the palate. Toffee, vanilla and butterscotch sauce follow, with a lasting flavour of cinnamon bun.

Tasting Note: Medium intensity colour, with red tones that indicate a low PH, and a certain acidity. Red fruit aroma with hints of plum and redcurrant, rock tea, rhubarb. Forest fruit coulis, damp slate, candied fruit. Its acidity and aromas make it a particularly fresh wine.
