Tasting Note: The perfume of the Garnacha variety is very well marked, subtly balsamic with herbaceous aromas. It is tasty and with a serious palate, with very well integrated tannins and a touch of the terroir. It has an expressive Garnacha nose with berry fruit and a floral touch

Tasting Note: Phinca Encanto Rufete mixes notes of smoked sausages, wild herbs, iron and soil, complicated by flowers and an amaro-like note. It tasted sour cherries, quinine and earth, very unusual and surprising.

Annual Production: 4,000 - 6,000 Bottles
Tasting Note: The wine is austere, mineral and sharp profile with the strict palate limestone provides. The acidity of this high-altitude white is impressive, with 50% malolactic adding some creamy notes to the fresh, zesty, citrus and orange peel flavors.

Tasting Note: The oak is very integrated and neatly folded into the fruit, which is ripe (without excess), reflecting a warm and ripe year, nicely balanced with some peachy aromas. The palate is medium-bodied and reveals fine-grained tannins.
