Once the fruit has been selected, the processing is based on the destemming of the bunches and the soft grinding of the berries. The wine remains in barrels for twelve months and its aging is interrupted every six months to carry out the traditional racking from barrel to barrel.
Visually the wine has an intense cherry color with bright rims. On the nose fruity aromas, dark coffee and marked minerals assembled with a fine wood are perceived.Taste on the palate is smooth with medium fresh body and with relief, quality tannins, tasty and alive.
