Tasting Notes:
On the nose, ripe black fruit expresses its uniqueness. Where it manages to balance in a seductive catalog of spicy notes (pepper, cloves, cinnamon and vanilla), balsamic (liquorice, smoked) and floral notes. Entry into the mouth with firm weight, where its elegance is dressed in expressive and tasty tannins. Finished in the mouth with a certain fullness, balanced with a fruity taste. Wonderfully solid, long and persistent. New project from the winemaker by using old method farming and special fermentation way to make wines.
