Description
Based on white Garnacha variety from old vines planted in 1960 in the town of Unx (San Martín). Fermented and aged in terracotta amphoras. A sapid white, with good acidity, round, long, fresh and very pleasant. The color is rich, and the ale yellow body has a soft green border. The scent is rich in floral notes, and the aftertaste is honey sweet. The entrance is pleasant, refreshing and energetic, with good acidity and a long and rounded final.
