Principio translates to “origin” or “source”—a fitting name for a wine that reconnects with its regional roots. Crafted with minimal intervention, it’s fermented with native yeasts, unoaked, unfiltered, and unfined, allowing Moristel’s pure expression to shine through. From vines about 20 years old, grown in sandy-loam soils under mountain winds, this wine bursts with aromas of plum, currant, rhubarb, floral tea, and wet slate, supported by lively acidity and vibrant fruit intensity—a “quiet riot” in every sip
