Tasting Notes: Brilliant golden straw yellow. Aromatic nose mixing seductive pear and apricot aromas with delicates mineral notes. Fresh and lively on the palate, with a nice mineral finish. Best to pair it with fish in sauce, seafood, white meat.

Annual Production: 5,000 - 8,000 Bottles
Tasting Note: Great freshness and perfume, wildflowers and berries, mild spices and a fine palate. This has a different style due to being fermented with full clusters, a little lighter and fruit forward, with a shorter elevage, different and quite approachable.
