Single Grape Brandy

1. Cabernet Sauvignon

A nose that is both crisp and complex, revealing aromas of blackberry, leather and oak. It has a long finish with accents of vanilla and allspice.

2. Chardonnay

Creamy aromas with notes of citrus and white grapefruit. Hints of toasted almonds on the palate. Both fresh and balanced with a touch of brioche on the finish.

3. Folle Blanche

Fragrant notes of white blossom and hints of lime and green apple. The strongly pronounced minerality of the soil gives great purity (gun-flint) and a refined finish.

4. Merlot

Fresh dark fruit aromas of black plum, black cherry and a touch of dried herbs. An elegant though powerful structure with a peppery, smooth finish.

5. Sauvignon Blanc

The nose reveals a fresh ripe tropical fruit character and delicate floral notes. Nicely balanced by a mineral backbone with hints of vanilla and white peach.

Rare Cask Brandy

1. Sauternes Cask Finish

This Brandy, which is packed with apricots, boasts an elegant pale yellow color. At first, the nose reveals notes of honey and yellow flowers, followed by comforting aromas of freshly toasted bread and apricots.

The mouth is delicate and silky, revealing flavors of dried tropical fruit. 

The finish reveals subtle notes of nuts, dried fruit and baked apricot tart.

2. Sherry Cask Finish

This brandy has a beautiful golden light brown color and a nose bursting with complex aromas of dried fig, walnut, menthol and a hint of cocoa powder.

Once in the mouth, this special cask finish is pleasantly dry and amazingly precise which underpins the sherry top notes for which these casks are famed. The palate boasts notes of raisins, walnut and a herbal touch, reminiscent of traditional vermouth. The long-lasting finish reveals accents of toasted almonds and dried herbs.

3. Triple Toast

The magnificent limpid caramel color is a hint to the richness of this special finish brandy.

The mouth is very expressive with typical Bourbon aromas such as smooth caramel and smoky vanilla. The palate boasts notes of raisins, walnut and a herbal touch, reminiscent of traditional vermouth.

The long-lasting finish reveals accents of toasted almonds and dried herbs.
