This wine was made by destemming and macerated for 10 days at a temperature not higher than 30 ° C. After it is pressed and finally pass through malolactic fermentation for 3-4 days. The aging takes place in french oak barrels for 6 months.
Elegant Mediterranean character, mature nose, fresh palate. Aroma of red fruit compote, wilted blue flowers and spices. Well cherry and berries hint. Strong presence in the palate, consistent but fresh and fluid, well-balanced, tasty, expressive with light sweetness ending.
