Tasting Note: Great freshness and perfume, wildflowers and berries, mild spices and a fine palate. This has a different style due to being fermented with full clusters, a little lighter and fruit forward, with a shorter elevage, different and quite approachable.

Tasting Note: This wine has a stunning cherry red colour that sparkles with brightness. It delights the nose with floral scents and ripe fruit notes, enhanced by a touch of balsamic from three months of aging in American oak barrels. It tastes smooth and balanced, with a medium body and a pleasant acidity. It lingers on the palate with a lasting finish.
Ideal for salads, red meat, lamb, and fish. Perfect with pasta and cheeses.
